About CT Shuman

I am a Petoskey native. I can't imagine a more perfect childhood than the one I had here in Petoskey. I grew up loving all that the area has to offer - endless summer days at the beach or out on the lakes, summer nights around a bonfire and winter days skiing fresh powder. After graduating from Petoskey High School, I went on to earn an Associate Degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Sales from Ferris State University.

 

My current hobbies somewhat mimic my childhood days. There is a lot of time spent at the baseball field, the football field and the basketball courts. I'm no longer the player, now I'm cheering my two boys and their teammates on. When schedules allow, I still enjoy days on the beach or out on the boat, a beach side bonfire and sunny days on the ski hill.

 

I am a licensed real estate agent. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of property in Northwest Lower Michigan. My main areas of focus are Petoskey, Bay Harbor, Harbor Springs, Boyne City and Charlevoix. This includes Walloon Lake, Lake Michigan, Lake Charlevoix, Burt Lake, Crooked Lake and Pickerel Lake. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current market trends, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
